Gratitude…

Once again, as we approach Thanksgiving, I feel compelled to focus and dwell upon my many blessings and gifts. This has not been an easy year. At times I feel anxiety and depression due to all the chaos we have experienced as a country. I am by nature a lover of security and safety and comfort so have been challenged. But this is the season of giving “thanks!!”

In this scary year of pandemic and uncertainty, I and my family are grateful for continued good health, thanks be to God. I have a lovely comfortable home and an excellent husband. I enjoy the fellowship and company of wonderful friends. I also am blessed to be surrounded in my home with various pet companions; four legged, winged, and finned. So, during this week of Thanksgiving, I will continue to put on a “cloak of courage” and to find blessings wherever and whenever I can.

Here are a few pics of my home ready for Thanksgiving.
